Entry Rules

Our Submission Software allows you to start, save, edit and finish your entry, at your leisure, right up to the submission deadline of May 12.

There are 21 eligible award categories, each having specific criteria that the judging panel will be examining.

You may enter across any number of categories providing that your entry meets the given award criteria. Review carefully the requirements for each category you are entering.

Please provide as much detail as is permissible so our judges can make an informed decision at vetting and awarding stages.

Unlike most other awards, all finalists receive a free ticket to the Gala Awards Ceremony, so if nothing else, you are at least guaranteed a great free night out!

All entries must be submitted using the online entry form

  • Simply select the category to enter and complete the entry form

  • All entry forms must be completed before the deadline of May 12.

  • Provide as much detail as is permissible – you can also use the upload option in all categories

  • After the initial judging/vetting round, a maximum of five nominations in each category will be short-listed by the judging panel as finalists

  • All short-listed entries will be contacted directly by a member of the project team. All short-listed entries will also be published on the website

  • You may edit your entry after submitting right up until the entry deadline

  • Please make sure all your personal details are entered accurately, including contact details, as these will be used in the awards presentation if you are selected as a finalist

  • You are eligible to enter more than one category, as long as the work submitted meets the criteria

  • There is no fee payable for entering this awards programme

  • Entries should be based on projects not completed prior to June 19, 2024

  • To ensure the independency and integrity of our awards, no sponsor can enter their sponsored category. All judges must declare any conflict or bias and therefore remove themselves from that judging process.

Top tips for entering:

  • Make sure that you read and fully comply with the criteria

  • Provide as much evidence of your results (financial and non-financial) as possible

  • Be sure that you have the correct permissions needed to reveal any potentially sensitive information

  • You can start your entry online and save it to complete it at any point before the deadline

  • And finally – don’t be modest, this is the time to brag about your biggest achievements!

Benefits for all shortlisted entries include:

  • Elevate your profile within the dairy sector

  • Be recognised as the best in your category as judged by senior industry leaders

  • National and international exposure

  • Meet and engage with influential figures from across the full spectrum of the agri-food industry
